Ituah Ighodalo
Pastor Ituah Ighodalo is a respected business leader, chartered accountant, entrepreneur, and social reformer with decades of experience in corporate leadership, financial advisory, governance, and institutional development. As Chairman of TriAfrica Business Development Network, he provides strategic leadership and guidance, drawing on his extensive experience advising businesses, serving on corporate and nonprofit boards, and building successful institutions. He began his professional career with Price Waterhouse and later founded Ighodalo & Co., which subsequently merged with other firms to form SIAO, a leading Nigerian accounting and professional services firm. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Pastor Ituah has served as Chairman and board member of several organizations across financial services, healthcare, education, real estate, and other sectors.He brings to TriAfrica a strong commitment to ethical leadership, good governance, enterprise development, and strategic partnerships, supporting the organization’s mission to connect opportunities, strengthen businesses, and promote sustainable economic development across Africa and the global Diaspora..

Jumoke Akin-Taylor
Jumoke Akin-Taylor is a seasoned executive, business development strategist, and project management professional with over 30 years of experience working across the public and private sectors. She has led and managed multimillion-dollar project portfolios in the United States, bringing extensive experience in strategic planning, project delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership. As CEO of TriAfrica Business Development Network, Jumoke provides strategic leadership focused on building strong institutions, developing high-value partnerships, and connecting businesses and organizations to opportunities across Africa and the Diaspora. She brings a practical, results-driven approach to helping organizations grow, strengthen their operations, and successfully deliver complex initiatives.Her leadership is grounded in excellence, integrity, accountability, and measurable impact, with a strong commitment to building sustainable businesses and institutions that contribute to Africa’s economic development.

Sunny Enebi
Pastor Sunny Sani Enebi is a seasoned Executive Coach, Leadership and Talent Development Professional, and Management Consultant with over 28 years of multidisciplinary experience, including 15 years in senior business leadership roles. He previously served as Regional Head, Learning & Talent Development, West Africa at Standard Chartered Bank, where he led the learning and talent agenda for approximately 2,500 employees across the region. He is also CEO/Lead Consultant at Gnosi Management Centre and CEO/Executive Coach at Swiss Focal Coaching Consult. His expertise spans transformational leadership, performance management, executive coaching, business strategy, emotional intelligence, change management, and building high-performing teams, with experience across financial services, manufacturing, public sector, power, oil & gas, and automobile industries. As Director of Training at TriAfrica Business Development Network, Pastor Sunny provides strategic leadership for the Network’s training and capacity-development initiatives, leveraging his extensive experience to equip entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders with the competencies required to build sustainable, high-performing organizations across Africa.

Olumuyiwa Victor Oyinloye
Olu-Victor Oyinloye is an experienced finance and management professional with a strong background in strategic leadership, organisational development, and financial oversight. A trained Data Analyst, he brings an analytical and data-driven approach to financial planning, decision-making, and organisational strategy. He has worked closely with Pastor Ituah for many years as Chief of Staff, supporting executive leadership, coordinating strategic initiatives, and contributing to the effective management and delivery of key organisational priorities. This experience has strengthened his expertise in leadership, operations, stakeholder management, and strategic execution. As Director of Finance at TriAfrica Business Development Network, Olu-Victor provides leadership in financial planning, budgeting, governance, and resource management. He combines financial discipline, data-driven insight, and strategic thinking to support sustainable growth and the Network’s broader mission of creating meaningful business opportunities and economic impact across Africa.
